Bajeok's Terms & Conditions — Clear & Simple

1 General Terms & Conditions

Bajeok is an online Sports Betting platform operated through the bajeok.net domain. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bajeok and its users.

By using this platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction, and that you are voluntarily and knowingly agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in the Bengali language. In the event of any ambiguity, Bajeok's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with Bajeok, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and personal details.
• No individual may hold more than one account.
• Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are not permitted.
• Keeping your account login credentials secure is solely your responsibility.

An OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided during registration for verification. Your account will not be activated until verification is complete. Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to make withdrawals.

Bajeok reserves the right to close any account created with false information without notice and to forfeit the associated balance.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bajeok currently supports the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals to mobile banking typically complete within 1–3 hours.
• Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days to process.
• Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

Bajeok does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own fees, which are beyond Bajeok's control.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Bajeok:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bajeok reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network latency.
• Placing conflicting bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) will result in an account review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bajeok regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant page.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• A minimum 5x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Wagering contributions only count on bets with odds of 1.80 or higher.
• Each promotion applies once per account.
• Converting bonus balance to cash balance is not possible before the wagering conditions are met.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajeok:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Use of automated betting bots or software.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse activities.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be suspended without notice, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if warranted.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Bajeok reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• At the user's own request.

You can also close your account at any time by emailing support@bajeok.net. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before closure, provided there are no violations.

A maintenance fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from inactive accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

8 Limitation of Liability

Bajeok makes every effort to ensure the reliability of its platform. However, Bajeok is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Consequences of sharing your account details with another person.
• Financial losses resulting from personal betting decisions.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.).

9 Changes & Updates

Bajeok reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• You will be notified via your registered email or SMS before any significant changes take effect.
• The date of any changes will be noted under the "Last Updated" section at the top of the page.
• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account and withdraw your balance. This option is available within 7 days of the new terms taking effect.
